As the business continues to grow and diversify the skill set of our fantastic team has also begun to evolve.

We are delighted to announce that four key members of our 3PL team have successfully completed their IOSH Managing Safely Course which has consolidated the knowledge they had, whilst bringing a new vision of Health and Safety management and how it fits into all aspects of our operations.

Chris Pimperton, Site Manager at Hellaby; Marcin Skowronksi, Team Leader at Hellaby;  Dan Brown, Supervisor at Worksop and Bradley Hall, Supervisor at Bawtry Park all completed the course and now have enhanced skills in our health and safety management and how to engage the team to continue the delivery of the highest standards.

The globally recognised course is tailored for line managers across a wide range of industry sectors and businesses and is designed to encourage safety awareness within the business so that a pro-active approach is taken.

Lisa Tomlinson, Head of Operations at Carlton Forest 3PL commented; “This is a great achievement for these members of the team, but also for the business as we continue on our programme of staff training and development and investing in the careers and skills of our team. This widely recognised course is just the first step in helping our team leaders, supervisors, and managers learn new skills to enable them to enjoy the change in roles that has been necessary as a result of our rapid and continued growth. We look forward to many more training and development success stories in the coming months.”
