His infectious spirit motivates and empowers those within the business to succeed and deliver the vision and strategy of its award winning 3PL division.

Diane Ward
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
An experienced CEO with over 40 years expertise in 3PL, retail and distribution. Diane is an accomplished business leader and a strategic thinker who turns vision into reality through strong leadership. Combining detailed planning and implementation, Diane’s determined ‘can do’ attitude in all aspects of the business has driven major growth within 3PL over the last 5 years.

Paul Scanlon
Chief Operations Officer
An experienced and versatile COO with a background in operations in leading companies in distribution, manufacturing, food and beverage, property, utilities and consultancy. Coming from a proven corporate background Paul brings a wealth of experience from multiple award winning business’s and has proven track record for driving companies’ ambitions and visions to be the best in class in everything they do.

Lisa Tomlinson
3PL Divisional Director
Divisional Director with over 20 years’ experience within manufacturing and logistics. Lisa has a logical and process driven approach to business and she is an excellent people manager who enjoys training and developing highly performing teams. Lisa can solve problems and critically assess situations to find beneficial solutions for the customer drawing from her experience of change management and overseeing large-scale projects.

Bradley Hall
Head of Operations
Winner of the UKWA Warehouse Manager of The Year 2022, Brad has a passion for warehousing and storage solutions and is highly focused on providing exceptional customer service. His strengths come from his ability to work cross-functionally both with customers and internal teams to ensure the right solution is delivered each and every time.

Alistair Plant
Business Development Manager
Alistair is an expert in 3PL and warehousing solutions who specialise in creating tailors solutions and has over 10 years’ experience working in commercial & operational sector. Step by step understanding of a client’s challenges and providing the right end to end service.

Diane Toft
HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES AND STOCK CONTROL
Diane is a dedicated and experienced Manager with over 20 years’ experience working in the warehousing and logistics sector. Driven by providing the best-in-class customer service, Diane also has a clear understanding of both operations and commercial which enables her to fully understand our client requirements and build long sustainable partnerships with our customers.

Lucy Crapper
Group PR and Communications Manager
Communications and PR manager through various channels, including websites, press and social media platforms. Before making the switch to PR Lucy worked as a Auctioneer and Property Director for over 20 years. She continues to be charity auctioneer for numerous good causes and is an Ambassador for The Children's Hospital in Sheffield.

Sue Schofield
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sue has over 23 years experience, taking on various roles from Customer Service, Operational and found her forte in Logistic Sales. She has a fantastic sales track record, winning and retaining major accounts. Her passion for building strong working relationships is second to none, her adaptability to ensure all customers receives quality with excellent service shine through tremendously.

Highly specialised in understanding customer needs, Dan utilises over 20 years’ experience in distribution and logistics and manages each project with skill; integrating ‘core and tailormade elements’ building a complete, comprehensive end to end solution.

Lukasz Kempinski
Technology and Innovation Business Partner
Lukasz has worked in the logistics industry for 16 years gaining operations and management experience before moving over to WMS configuration and development. Lukasz builds creative and robust solutions for our customers, delivering custom modifications within our WMS, and developing customer integrations that enable efficient onboarding and reliable end to end data exchange.

Head of Transport
An experienced Head of Transport with a broad history of working in the logistics industry and large scale operations. Drawing from his extensive experience in 3PL, Retail and Manufacturing James demonstrates an ability to understand the customer’s needs, create the solution all while being flexible and with a professional with a positive outlook.

Chris Holleley
Transport Manager
Chris completed his Transport Managers CPC in 2016 and undertook the role of Transport Manager. His role involves the upkeep and maintenance of the fleet and arranging the transport requirements for customers. He is committed to fulfilling and achieving 100% OTIF.
